Store policies
Please read these policies before placing an order. The payment summary on checkout is the final reference for your order total.
Delivery
- Delivery is within the United Arab Emirates only: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
- Standard delivery is AED 30 across the Emirates. Delivery to carrier-classified remote areas is AED 50 total. The applicable fee is shown before payment.
- Estimated delivery is 14 to 20 days maximum from payment confirmation. We will contact you if an exceptional delay arises.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Please check the selected product, length, delivery address and order details before paying. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, customer-selected size, or an ordering error. Once production preparation begins, an order normally cannot be changed or cancelled; contact us promptly if you need help.
If SAFF made an error in the approved measurements, we will arrange a no-cost alteration. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, delivery is delayed in a way covered by law, or another mandatory remedy applies, contact us promptly. Nothing here removes rights or duties that cannot be waived under UAE law.
Privacy
We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, order contents and payment status needed to accept, prepare, deliver and support an order. Card details are entered on Ziina’s hosted payment page. SAFF does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Order details may be shared with Ziina to process payment, the delivery provider to fulfil the order, and service providers that operate the store. We do not use order contact details for marketing without separate consent. Records are kept as needed for fulfilment, customer support and applicable legal or accounting requirements, with reasonable access and security controls.

Terms of sale
- Prices are in AED. The final total, including delivery and any applicable VAT, is shown before payment. Where SAFF is VAT-registered, listed prices are VAT-inclusive at the UAE standard rate and the tax portion is shown.
- An order is accepted only after Ziina confirms payment. Returning from the payment page alone does not prove payment.
- Product specifications and approved measurements govern the item. Screen settings may cause small colour differences.
- These terms do not exclude consumer rights or supplier duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Sales are not open while the registered license details are being completed.
